1. Clean all cabinets, shelves inside and out with mild detergent and
water. |

2. Clean Kitchen range completely, including range hood and vent |
| |
3. Defrost refrigerator. Clean top, sides, inside and underneath. |
| |
4. Clean dining room set, including top, backs, legs and seats (if
applicable). |
| |
5. Clean kitchen sink and faucet |
| |
6. Mop floor with mild detergent including comers. (Do not wax) |
| |

Bathroom |
|
| |
1. Remove all stains inside and outside of commode, (steel wool can be
used) |
| |
2. Clean metal bathtub with scouring powder, fiberglass bathtub with
mild detergent or non-abrasive cleanser. Also clean faucets handles and
shower walls. |
| |
3. Clean lavatory same as bathtub. |
| |
4. Clean bathroom cabinets with mild detergent and water. - - . . - - |
| |
5. Mop bathroom floor with mild detergent to include comers, do not wax. |
| General Cleaning |

| |
1. Sweep all cobwebs from the comers |
| |
2. Wipe all walls with a damp cloth |
| |
3. Dust and vacuum all furniture |
| |
4. Clean dresser and chest of drawers inside and outside with damp cloth |
| |
5. Clean screens inside and outside with a brush and cleaning detergent |
| |
6. Clean windows and frames with Windex |
| |
7. Take down tight fixtures and clean |
| |
8. Carpets must be vacuumed and steam cleaned 6. Replace all burned out
light bulbs |
| |
10. Rake and remove all trash and leaves from the lot |
| |
11. Replace all filters |
